When we clean injectors we use a patented ultrasonic back flushing system. This process allows us to reverse the injectors usual flow so that any carbon build up is dispersed out the top of the injector and not though the pintle inself this ensures that all foriegn particles are removed from the injector pintle and bore. At the some time the moving part of the injector pintle is bombarded with ultrasonic soundwaves whilst the injector is pulsed at to 10,000 rpm engine speed.

Back flushing injectors allows us to visually check the state of the injector here is shown a multi point bosch injector during the ultrasound cleaning process. The combination of force from the bottom of the injector being bombarded with sound waves and the high frequency injector solenoid pulse forces the bio cleaning fluid the reverse way through the injector.
